Mehmet Nuri Çobanlı: Contractor and Civil Engineer Çobanlı graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Istanbul State Academy of Architecture and Engineering (İ.D.M.M.A.), now known as Yıldız Technical University, in 1982. He has extensive experience in constructing various superstructures, including turnkey sites, apartments, villas, swimming pools, and factories, as well as significant infrastructure projects, such as tens of thousands of meters of drinking water, rainwater, and wastewater systems throughout Turkiye.
